"I could not recommend her highly enough as an empathetic, dedicated and creative educator as well as a collaborative parent partner. Our son was always excited to attend and see what lesson or activity she had planned for them. From learning important social-emotional skills, the fundamentals of reading and even fun science units about oceans, the rain forest and more, Alissa consistently developed lessons that helped the kids stretch their imagination and learning. I will never forget my 4-year old coming home and explaining to me what bioluminescent meant – I couldn’t believe he could pronounce the word, much less knew what it meant!

Ms. Alissa was always able to strike a great balance of a warm, fun environment with a strong structure that immensely helped set my son up for success in kindergarten and beyond. Anyone that has the privilege to work with/be in Ms. Alissa’s class is very lucky indeed! "
